I finally got a P0415 and a p2442 code on my 07 Tundra 5.7 at 274k miles after it sat for a bit. I want to offer some advice about installing the kit which in my opinion is still fairly easy if you are comfortable working on cars. The kit comes with high quality parts, instructions, and if used will eliminate your codes. I took my time and did it in three hours, some of it trying my best to route the Hewitt harness with the stock harness as none of this is legal in my state. I also recommend removing the intake manifold as it is nowhere as hard as you may think. Remove 8 intake(12mm), 2 nuts, 2 harness bolts (10)mm at the back of the manifold, and 3 hoses then pull it forward just a bit.
I've had to remove a Tundra manifold before so I dont know how without help and great lighting your going to undo and hook up the 4 new connections in less time if you do not pull the .manifold. BEWARE there is a bolt at the right rear that can be confused with a fuel rail bolt. It sits below and about a inch behind the small harness bolt. Be prepared to get up on top of the radiator support.
Once the harness connections at the valves are done , ensure the intake gaskets are still in place and reverse its' installation tightntening the 8 bolts and 2 nuts to 15 ft.lbs.
The final tip concerns the block off plate on the driver's side. As for most of this job, I recommend hand tools on the 10mm nuts treated by penetrating oil, Its harder on this side because of the brake lines, rubber hoses, and the steering shaft. I had to use a small hook tool to ensure the stock metal gasket stayed towards the outboard exhaust manifold tubing. I then fed the block off plate in coming above the steering shaft.
Snug it down and check for leaks, put the wheels on and GO!
