2019 Tundra offroad TRD

Hello everyone, I have a 2019 Tundra SR5 TRD Offroad. The driver side power window is giving me issue, automatic window going down seems to work but not going up. I have to hold the button up in order to close the window all the way, I reset it by pressing the button down for 5 seconds and holding it up for 5 seconds as well and did not do anything. I was wondering if anybody been through the same issue and how did you fix the problem? Thank You
