Never looked but noticed the radiator fan is always spinning even on cold engine temps. Is that normal? Thought there was a clucth to engage and disemgage it.
Just had engine recall done and noticed it

It always spins, its connected to the engine. It just doesn't always spin the same SPEED as the engine, more when its needed or when A/C is on. If the engine is running, its turning.
