    Hello,

So as the weather is b-e-a-utiful and family wanted to enjoy some, apparently now the sunroof is stuck in the tilt open position. I've tried opening up the upper console and took motor out etc and try to manually close it but no good. Just brought it to the dealership today for a diagnosis. They did try to close it as well but couldn't (sadly). Moreover, it appears to be both a rail and cable/belt issue which the repair quote is an ungodly amount.

I could try covering this but was wondering if anybody has any recommendations on how to temporary cover the tilted open. I've searched youtube for manual ways of closing but they don't work on my case. Any suggestions/alternatives on how to help?

    Thank you in advance :)
