Software Update

I’m trying to figure out if I am running the latest version in my head unit. I recently read how to update with a flash drive converted to FAT32 with a .kwi link from the Toyota website but it doesn’t seem to be working. There is no update history showing on my 2018 SR5 so I doubt this is the newest update. Currently running 01016E in audio and 000093 in Audio System. Does anyone know what my problem may be or if a Toyota dealership will still provide updates for me?
