    You don't have to remove the center console to remove the center stack. However, it seems to be a better leverage point if the console is removed first to my popping that lower piece a bit easier w/less or minimal damage/scraping to the trim pieces. If the center console is in position when you pop those pieces out, you'll need to slide the pry tool in at the side and the plastic around that area is very soft...

    I purchased larger washers (small center hole) because it allowed me to use (2) of the ICS slots for securing points w/o modification, and then I drilled the other (2) holes in the ICS to line up with the rago mount.

    and yes wires on the power hub are super short and need to be lengthened (poor design)

    taps you can purchase at any napa, hardware store, autozone, etc...

    T-taps work well for connecting USB wires to the 12v. You do have to extend the USB wires though.
