I plan to throw 38s on my Tundra, it's getting the
Baja Kits +3" Long Travel Prerunner Kit Toyota Tundra 2022-2024

What all is needed other than that

    What gears are recommended?
    What axles?
    What transmission cooler?
    What else am I missing?

Looked up the kit and it comes with axles shafts, so I’d buy a boot kit if you already have the red or silver axles. If not, I’d get either of those since they have joints with better articulation than the balck axles. No regear options are available yet for the third gen’s. I feel like trans cooler depends on your usage. I’d monitor temps first and see if it’s really necessary for where you live / type of driving you do. Looks like the kit doesn’t include coilovers and rear shocks, so you’ll need those. I’d also get either hydro bump stops and/or Perry parts bump stops. You’ll probably want/need fiberglass or CF fenders and bedsides (and I’m assuming spacers for the rear?). The one thing I don’t get about the Baja kits setup is that it doesn’t look like you can run bypasses in the front. If I had the money, I’d run the camburg x-joint long travel kit since those have mounting points for bypasses. I’m not a long travel expert by any means. Here’s another thread on that kit: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2022-bajakits-long-travel-build-thread.136719/
