Picks are in for this weekend, feel like its pretty hard to pick against Jett and Eli going 1 - 2 or 2 - 1 after last weekend.

Sexton out this week, no repeat championship for him.

Due to another likely avoidable mistake as well, brutal.

When I was in my teens and still raced, there was a guy I would often see when I raced at Firebird (Phoenix). Dude only had one arm so clutch, throttle and front brake all with his right hand, not to mention holding on to the bars. Amazing thing is, he was pretty damn fast.

Lots of guys train this way. I tried this again in the woods. lol. Looked like a pregnant retarded ostrich.

AJ teaches this in his MX school.

Pretty crazy. I bet modern 4 strokes help, back when I was racing it was all 2 smokes. Clutch use was mandatory, at least that's how I rode unless I was on a 500, which pretty much wanted to kill me no matter how I rode it.

Clutch is almost mandatory on a small bore 2smoke. I'm sure not much is needed on the modern 300cc ones though. They are potent weapons. The last 2 stroke I owned was 2002 Honda CR250.

For us at our current living...we will be staying 4stroke.

Eli needs to work on his starts ( historically not great ) if he has any shot at another championship. He looked great last weekend and the first moto, the second moto start killed his chances. Washing the front end halfway in the moto did NOT help !

Love me some 2 strokes. YZ250X was the last dirt bike owned. My mind wants another one badly, my body and wallet don't, it's a constant battle.

35 points this week. Would have had a lot more if.....Sucks for Eli in that second moto. If he didn't crash it might have been a salvageable situation. You cannot have inconsistent days like this against Jett, he is too good!
