This is a Snap On 1990s 70th Anniversary Edition Pride of America Series. All drawers function as they should, all locks work with original KEY! The box is extremely heavy and very well built even after it's 30+ years of age! Drawers are empty no tools included! Any questions email me, can load with a forklift!
