Bak Industries Excellent Customer Service

I don’t think I’ve had such a positive experience with a product warranty claim or general customer service before.

I bought the new at the time BAK revolver X4S bed cover for my 21 PRO back in 2021 when my truck was delivered. Recently had some issues with the vinyl wrapping around the aluminum slats almost 4 years later. I thought let’s check with manufacturer to see if there are any solutions to repair. I love the cover for several reasons, thought maybe it’s time to get a full shell, but wasn’t ready to change. It Ended up filing a warranty claim, emailed a couple pictures. 3 days later I had a brand new cover delivered to the house. No hassles, no bs. Excellent experience.

I just wanted to give credit when it’s due.

 

Not for me. Their product suck balls, at least the one I put on my 2013 in the days. Short story short it was clearly a design issue and they only offered 20% on their newer upgraded product. Told them to take a hike. I got them back another "creative" way I never leave unpaid policies.

 

Nice, they have a 5-year warranty on that product and stood by it.

My Undercover Flex had a 3-year warranty.
About 2 1/2 years in, I emailed them (pics included) about leakage in the middle of the cover.
They said replied something about having the old style cover and sent me a new one.
They just wanted pics seeing that I destroyed the old one.
Not a problem since with the replacement 6 years later..
