Genuine Cooling trans cooler kits in stock

I was looking into piecing a kit together but opted for the GC kit, It is a bit pricey for sure.

 

That is very Conservative savings too...

 

You won't be disappointed, I've had mine for a couple years now and it's great. I hardly monitor temps anymore.

 

Bought a GCS transmission cooler for my 2020 SR5 and I can't find the front mounting point for the hard lines. I've watched several videos and looked at the instructions but I swear I don't think it's there on my truck.SMH

 

They are definitely there

 

Yeah I found the rear mounting point above the oil pan easily and really didn't have much problem routing the hard lines

 

The front mounting point is attached to the alternator from what I remember.

It's like a bent bracket. One side is attached to the front of the alternator and the other side is bent towards the passenger wheel.

 

Ya I had trouble with that step as well. Instructions state bracket near alternator on engine block, but in fact it's the black bracket mounted to alternator.

 

After looking at pictures that that's what it was and I believe what has happened is somebody replaced that alternator and did not put that bracket back on and that's why I'm having trouble

 

Bracket is missing... This truck has the alternator and battery replaced before I bought it May 2024. Proceeding without the bracket

 

The only thing mounted to it on the newer 2.5 non cooler Tundra's is a wire harness.
