So, I was very disappointed at the Dasaita G13 and returned it but I was browsing Amazon and found this. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Compatible-2015-2019-Definition-Resolution/dp/B0DHYJT2RD

It seems to be an upgrade option to use the existing deck. The video shows how to upgrade it. Anyways, I'm curious if anyone has gone this path or would consider doing this.

There are almost no review, I don't know if the only person reviewing it is legit or not. And there's hardly any information on the web or on youtube.

The other option is to go the regular stereo upgrade (Alpine, Kenwood, Sony etc) and use Maestro RR - Something I've done in the past but that will cost over $1000 easily.

Decided to order it. Purchased a 3-year extended warranty just in case never know.

    Will be installing it today.

    Installed! Initial impression.. pretty good!!
A few caveats and observations (along with what most people on Amazon already reported - different vehicles though),
    • Scroll, touch is a tad slower than the latest head units (maybe due to the screen's technology at the time released).
    • Hold "Home" button to access the Android/CarPlay decoder unit, the same to exit.
    • No more XM since the lower module is removed. But I don't know since I don't use XM radio anyways.
    • Had an issue with GPS not locking in but after a while , it did lock it. The stupid clock needs GPS..smh
    • The inner ribbon is too long, had to loop it to fit. Not exactly like the video they showed.
    • Take lots of photos in-case you need to restore it back to original.
If you can build a computer or install a stereo, you can do this. I just wonder how long this unit will last.
