2020 Toyota Tundra DC SR5, with 3 knobs and doesn’t have the auto option. It was blowing fine this morning. The strange thing was a mist coming from the driver’s side center vent. I thought it was because it was very humid this morning. So I’m not sure if that was an issue. I looked for an interior and under the hood fuse but I didn’t see anything that seem to be AC related. I found acc references, but I thought that be accessory or something.
Any suggestions before I schedule an appointment for the dealership? (I have an extended warranty but not sure if this would be included). Thanks in advance

So it blows normally but just no cold air? Do you hear the compressor kicking on and off? Could be a relay.

It blows strong but just not cold. I’m not sure if I hear the compressor cutting on. Do you know which relay it is? I didn’t see anything under the hood in the fuse box that seem AC related..
    Thanks

I don't know which relay. I had a truck before that this happened to and it ended up being the relay is why I mentioned it.

Found the fuse, labeled HTR. It appeared good. Going to get some more tomorrow just in case. Found the relay, I will try replacing that tomorrow as well.

Did the freon leak inside of your dash evap/ coil i belive and come out the vent? If this happened the compressor will not engage.

Not sure, that was first impression but then it stopped and the AC kept working fine.

    My 2007 5.7 dc i bought new.

It's whole life would do the ac works then it doesn't. Very annoying.

    It was the relay.

I went 7 years with no ac.

My 2.5 gen has never done that to me

I fixed the relay. And I have spoken to the guy who bought my old tundra, and he said he's never had the ac act up on him.

    Try that relay

Sub'd to know the outcome. I'd hate for this to happen to my truck. Hopefully it is simply changing out the fuse for OP.

I checked the fuses. It might be the relay but the mist coming from the vent makes me think it’s not, but stranger things.

The AC line towards the front behind the grill. I’m guessing near the mount for the winch tray.

Ok. That's great. From the mist comming into the cabin I was thinking it might be a dash out fix. Or $$$.
