Center Console Sliding Tray Damage - Can the trays be replaced?

    My used 2024 Tundra came with a damaged center console tray. Look like someone left a solvent based bottle on the tray and it leaked out before they realized it. Alas, it looks like a new full lid replacement at around $500, or a used one at $250+ is the only option? Anyone every get one of these apart? I would really like to come up with a method to swap out single the bad tray.

    I'd just put a liner over it and call it a day..

    What’s wrong with stock?
    I’ll second the liner. I got this set that covers all the spots. I put a bit of Velcro on the insert on the armrest so it won’t fall off when opening it.
