I bought my 2025 Tundra Limited just over a month ago and since then I have received a number of surveys and emails from Toyota corporate asking me about my overall satisfaction and why I chose a Tundra. Well, today I received a call from 'Toyota Client Relations' and they wanted to talk about my overall satisfaction after owning my truck for a month and if I have experienced any concerns from rattles and driving issues to overall performance. I let them rep know that I had zero complaints/regrets and then she stated I would be receiving a follow-up letter summarizing our call along with her contact information and that I should reach out directly if I experience any issues and she would coordinate any needed service visits to address my concerns. The personal touch of reaching out directly to check my satisfaction is exactly why I bought another Tundra and will continue to be loyal to the brand.
