The gold bottle (Ravenol) has a limited slip additive which you do not need for a truck with stock diffs. That appears to be the only difference as far as I can see.

The truck is 100 percent bone stock

Your 2019 does not have a mechanical LSD, so either option is fine, but you don't need the more expensive one since the additive does nothing for your open diff.

Your 2000 may have an actual mechanical LSD, so you would want the LS additive for that truck, but that is not what this question is about.

Thank you for the reply. Toyota did my 2000 tundra diff some 10k miles ago. I don’t know what they used.

What does Toyota use on these trucks ? (2019/ dealer )

I’m sorry. Does the Toyota fluid the dealer would use be with or without the lsa. Green bottle or gold ?

Redline MT-LV is what I've used in both my Tundra and my wife's Sequoia. Works well and way cheaper than Toyota OEM 75w

    Sorry to derail op.

That valvoline is a great deal, thought I’d share.

    None....
I just bought Amsoil packs of GL5 75w-85 as my manual states. The cost was not bad. Way cheaper than Toyota fluid.
