    This happened at startup maybe 6-8 weeks ago. I went to the dealer and the service lady said it was from the car wash I went through with the collision sensors and nothing was to worry about. I bought it and went on. Now, over the last week while up in Bowling Green, KY it has happened many times. It seems like 60% of the time now. Has anyone else had this occur?

    I plan to go to the dealer this week and demand they look into the codes, as there must be something showing somewhere.

    I get it. Now that you mention it, it’s in my head now. Darn it. lol

    I did just add that the car wash was screwing with the collision sensors. I didn’t have that in there at first.

    So…

    I took it in today. Played the audio recording for the service advisor. He wanted to keep the truck for a while after looking up my records on his computer for my startups. He saw nothing for what I was hearing in their system. I really thought there would have been something. But not.

    The mechanic had it running for a while and heard nothing. I then emphasized it was only at start up. They had went through more start cycles with no failures reported.

    The tech was there when I picked up my truck to talk with me more. He stated that it may be where I used the power feed above the rear view mirror for my dash cam, possibly. He suggested I disconnect it for some time to see if it returns. Oddly, it has only happened once since I have been back home from Kentucky. This is a strange one to me for sure.

    I downloaded and got a 3 month subscription to Carista. Did a diagnostics and had these 3 codes. The middle code is what I think is actually happening. I saw something through Cariats about the infotainment system.

    Any thoughts?

    I had a break through today. 4th time in the shop for this. They would see the fault when it would happen, but couldn't duplicate. My advisor took me into the shop to discuss this with the tech and we chatted a while. It was a change of heart when I played the audio message to him for the failure. He said that was all with the SOS in the overhead. He shoe=wed me how the lights would light up, red - green and again. And asked me to look when it happens again.

    He brought my truck outside just after closing time. When I started it, the warning went off (when they had it a day and never would. I forgot to look at the leds. I shut it off and started again and watched, no red led. BOOM! I went and got the service advisor to tell him. It did it 2 more times with him present and no red led lighting off. They are going to order me another overhead console!

    Just an update...

    Also, did you by chance opt out of the tracking in the Toyota app? My 2025 did this when I opted out of all tracking (it turns off the SOS feature as well)... Re-enabling it and waiting 24 hours for the re-activation signal to be sent to the truck fixed it

    I don't believe I did. I'm not paying for anything, but I recall the service advisor looking up stuff when I took it in the first time. He didn't see the popped codes, but saw data from my truck.
