File a police report with the local PD in his area and also file a small claims

Screen shots of any texts or conversation over internet or phone
Proof of payment (Venmo, Cash App, Paypal or whatever method
Any receipts, invoices or promises the clown made
Send one last request for product or refund, no BS, direct to the point!

Being polite is one thing. Allowing yourself to be taken advantage of is another.

You appear to be very polite and empathetic, but this has left you high and dry.
You can remain polite and empathetic while also working toward resolution by means of truthful communication with the vendor of your intention to recoup your funds due to his failure to deliver product as advertised.

In the most polite way possible, I’d like to suggest you quit letting him take advantage of you and get your money back. Don’t let his issues continue to be your problem. Get your money and just forget this ever happened.

You’ve been robbed at this point. Don’t allow his excuses, name calling, and bashing to change your mind or process. You did t make this mess and should not feel bad for him.

 

Time to hit small claims court and blast him on every social media platform that you can.

You can also go old school and picket outside of his business.

Yeah I’ve given up on even trying anymore. He used at least say he was gonna send mine out. He had my name on one of those lists. But he’s obviously just a shady person. My legal team said they could easily take him down based on all the evidence. American Express also said that I could get my money back since I used Amex through PayPal to pay. They also asked to report all of his recipient account to them, PayPal, Venmo, etc. I haven’t taken any action yet, and I may not. Whether I do or I don’t, I know people like this get what is coming to them. I believe in always doing good, even when it’s difficult. And I have lived my life by the principal, and it has blessed me immensely. And I’ve seen the opposite be true as well. So I know for a fact that no matter what, this will catch up to him, and it will not be good.

 

you really should follow through with this. Far too long he has gotten away with the assumption people would just bend over and take it. His type of behavior has no place in ANY car/truck community and doing nothing will just ensure it happens to others.

 

If you’re not interested in helping to bring him down, you should at least let AmEx recover your money. Seems ridiculous to let a thief get off Scott free when the opportunity to get your refund is right in front of you.

There isn’t any way in hell I would just let a chump like that get away with taking my hard earned money. He owes you an exhaust or he owes you a refund. There really isn’t another option unless you want to hand a crook a wad of cash…..

I finally received mine that was ordered back in September. I would tell the whole process has me disgusted to the point I have not even taken it out of the box. I may just resell it at this point.
