So I’m looking to raise my ‘21 a little for bigger tires. I decided to go with 6112’s at 1.9 in the front and 5100’s stock height in the back.

I’m using the stock SR5 wheels that are on my ‘21

it seems the common bigger tire is 275/70/18 which looks to be an inch taller but same paw print.

I also checked out 285/70/18 which is about 1.5” taller and .5” wider than stock.

I ruled out 295/70/18 to avoid really trashing my bad gas mileage and potential 6th gear highway searching. Plus seems wide for a stock wheel.

Is there a big difference between the 285/70 and 275/70 for mileage and highway driving? Seems the 285 would look much better even at .5” wider.
