What is this part attached to the filler neck?

    14 Tundra Limited
    14 Tundra has a small evap leak code P0441. Ran smoke through the system and saw smoke coming out of a small hole in this part attached to the filler neck. Any idea what it is and if it’s supposed to be a vent or something? Photo attached.

    Thats normal for it to leak from there, That is a vent. You can plug the vent line and try smoking the system again.

    Did you figure it out? I'm currently experiencing the same issue. I did a smoke test and noticed the smoke coming out of those two holes as well.
