Well I just found out from the wife that we are the new owner of a MGM LIFTED PLATINUM!!! Wtf , lol , she just went into service for a radio knob and squeaky brakes. She had a 24 limited prior to today, I have a 2.5 gen Tundra SR5 that I drive on the daily, here’s the before and after of her/ sometimes ours 24 vs 25 , let me know your thoughts ?

Has she been looking to lift the truck, sure is one way to get it done:rofl:
Hopefully she got you guys got a hell of a deal overall. Enjoy it!!:thumbsup:

edit: I looked at the pics. And as a MGM owner myself (if a second.5 gen) I have to say, the truck was a huge upgrade from the exterior:headbang: The deal now honestly makes a lot more sense to me seeing those two pictures side by side. Not that it needs to make any sense to anyone but your wife!

It sounds like: "honey, i bought a shelf from Walmart, come check it out!"

Except it's like a 70k pickup?! How can she just go out and buy one like it's a purse or whatever? To me, purchase like that is like buying a house, major family negotiations and meetings happening before a trigger is pulled!

    Right on. Congratulations!

Any input on how the 2025 Tundra with the lift rides in comparison to the 2024 without it?

I'd be lying if I said I didn't use 2 dents and a stained floor mat (none my fault) as part of my reasoning to trade in my T3 Tundra for my 2007 Tundra.

Oh this is a safe space, you could have said "gas tank was almost on empty so I had to trade it in" and I would have supported you...

I have to say way better, her 24 was nice but felt like an old man’s truck, the lifted 25 is nasty , it’s as tall as my 2.5 gen Tundra with 2” level coilovers and 34.5 in tires , the 25 feels like a truck now.

OP said it was mag gray (MGM). I thought silver too at first glance.

I’ve found this approach works well when I acquire a new motorcycle. Rather than change the oil or get a new set of tires.. in the end it’s just better sense to get a bike where everything is new.
Congratulations to your wife sir !! Hopefully she’ll let you drive it occasionally…
