    2016 SR5 DC TRD Off-Road
Hello, 1st post looking for help making improvements to truck I just bought.
I have read thru some threads and found good info on mods but some options have me confused on correct parts. I could use help sorting out P/N's to buy and best sources. I've used Olathe Toyota for my '03 Gen 1 parts but if better deals elsewhere I'd give 'em a try. Links to threads or how to videos for removing and installing stuff would be appreciated.
2016 SR5 DC with TRD Off-Road package and 90,000 miles.
Truck seems to be stock without any mods or adds except for running board steps and aluminum contractors rack extending over cab. Paint is Silver Sky Metallic. Looks pretty good, never in car wash because of contractor rack. I'll do paint correction. Interior had neoprene seat covers since new so original charcoal/graphite fabric upholstery is like new. May do leather/heat/cool at later date. No oil leaks or rust. New Michelin LTX A/T2 P275/65R18. Manual AC, front skid pan, I think big fuel tank not sure if has skid, no rear sway bar?, blind spot monitors in mirrors, looks like maybe parking sensors in bumpers too?, chrome bumper ends, headlights I'm not sure what they are or if it has drl's. Looks like yellow halogen inboard and yellow square lens outboard.
I'm not going to go crazy with mods but want to do updates and improvements. I'm open to other mods if they make sense.

    Interior:
•update head unit to android auto (I've purchased today a Phoenix 13” Android 13 Vertical Screen Nav SC7870 6g ram 128g rom for 2014 to 2021 Tundra having manual AC controls. Hope it works out!
•interior chrome delete (kit of some sort or scuff n paint?).
•replace all interior lights with LED (kit).
•Auto up/down window switches. (Can you auto down all with fob?)
•Remote start from key fob Bluetooth or android app (is this possible low cost?)
•Grab bar handle (if grey parts easily available)
•Brake Controller replace oem. Either install Tekonsha Prodigy P2 I have or upgrade to P3 version. (Is this plug n play w/filler plate?)
    •Add auto headlights stalk.
•? is there a way to do auto high beams that go off when oncoming car lights detected?
•Seat jackers (seems like these can be diy made?)
•Pedal commander (do I need this) OK, no pedal commander

    Exterior:
•Replace Tail Lights with LED. Not sure which ones look best with this truck or p/n.
    •Replace headlights with LED.
OK 81110-0C211 and 81150-0C221 2019 TRD Pro LED's with iHacker harness

    •Exterior chrome delete.
Bumper ends (will check with plating shop re removing chrome?)
    Grill (options vs replacement grill?
    Hood bump?
•Rear sway bar (oem or?) not sure why missing.
•Replace running board steps that have steel perf treads I'll cut my shins with. Need inexpensive smooth bar with rubber tread full length not that wide.
•Add Leaf Springs, Bags or what? Not sure how much Gen 2.5 trucks squat with weight on bed. I'll be installing a heavy topper to the bed rails. On Gen 1 truck I added a pretty thick leaf spring on each side to level truck. Topper weighs about 750lbs. With other permanent stuff probably 1,000lbs in bed at all times. Would this mod be helpful or no?

Fun stuff elec power in so I can make coffee and cook breakfast on tail gate while watching 35" 12v TV.
•Charger - DC to DC Charger. Victron Orion XS Smart DC to DC Battery Charger 12/12 50A.
    •Battery - LiTime 230ah 12v LifePO4 battery w/bms.
    •Inverter - LiTime 2000w Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12v.
•Solar Panel on topper - LG NeON 335W
    •Solar Controller - Victron SmartSolar MPPT Solar Charge Controller 100V, 30amp, 12V.
    •misc stuff ..

    Thanks for helping

Congrats on your purchase and welcome! And you got the best color too! Heck of a wish list, but we all have them. I will chime in to say the led headlight upgrade with black housing was the best purchase. Totally worth the investment. And the Ihacker harness is great, install was straightforward, and works flawlessly. The black housing dramatically changes the look from the oem halogens and visibility is a huge improvement.

    Alot of them
Don't get the Pedal Commander. The Banks Pedal Monster is a much better unit. For led taillights, @memario1214 can hook you up with the Hottails conversion that alot of us have. He also has all kinds of stuff.....lighting, suspension, wheels, etc.

Can anyone comment on this bit?
