In regards to the wheel weights, has anyone ran balancing beads? This is my plan and wondering if anyone else has done it and what their results are?

I’m trying to find black lugs that fit the wheels. Anyone know which to buy?

You can get then from Method and maybe Discount Tire for like $55. I got mine from discount tire - they are Gorilla lugs.

Does anyone have 17x8.5 with 0 offset running 35x11.5r17 ? I have 3" lift and hoping it will fit without a BMC. I know the 12.5 will rub but hope the 11.5 will clear the body mount with no rubbing. I don't mind trimming or molding the plastic fender liners.

Can't tell you if you'll need a BMC, but I was curious how this setup would look (17x8.5, 0 offset, 35x11.5R17). Found these online:

Currently have them and they are awful, getting them removed as we speak. Originally wanted to try them because every tire shop seems to not be able to balance 35s-37s.

What all did you have to do to fit those 37s, Jman? Can you feel the weight of those tires?

What size tires and do you recall how much weight (balance beads) was added?

I’m fixing to give this set up a shot. I’ve already got the RRW wheels (17x8.5, 0 offset), now I’m just waiting on the tires. I’ll post pics after I’ve got them mounted.

    Mounted the 35x11.5r17 boys!

Pictures aren’t the best so I’ll post more tomorrow.

Prolly gonna have to ditch the mudflaps up front and push some plastic up in the front fender liner.

I have 37's Mickey Thompson Baja Boss a/T and I am not sure how much balance beads (weight) they added. Had them do a road force and its good again.
