I just picked up my 06 tundra crew cab limited with a 6.5ft bed I think with factory tow hitch and I’m trying to look for an aftermarket rear bumper bar that’ll fit my truck, dealer wants $405 out the door that comes primed. Upon looking online I came across different part numbers and I’m worried about fitment for aftermarket. Dealer gave me 521510C901.

Anyone have any experience or knowledge or better yet some suggestions to one that’ll fit my car? This place in San Jose, Ca I can order online and pickup in store but says for a 8ft bed, and calling them they said it won’t fit.
    Thanks yall

Dealers usually provide the correct part number. On that note, local dealers will always try to sell parts at full MSRP. If you look up that part number, you will see that the online dealer sites are selling it from $205 - $230, not $400. I didn't look at shipping costs. Fred Anderson Toyota is one of our popular go-to sites here in the forum.

Thanks for the response. I looked it up on Fred Andersons and after shipping would be 370 I think before tax which comes out to be the same. It would be a lot better to be able to pick it up because without shipping it’s only 201. Unfortunately it’s in NC. I guess the shipping are going to weigh out to be the almost the same as what the dealers asking, even for an aftermarket.
