Hope Keith doesn't get upset, but he will be offering a new exhaust option consisting of the bam muffler and Y pipe for those of us that do not want the entire exhaust options that he currently offers on the site. Mine will be the first of its kind from them and should arrive on Thursday l May 8th. He offers a youtube video with where to cut stock exhaust etc to mate up the new system. Reach out to @dirtydeeds for more information!

Yeah... I'm so confused by what you are getting ... the whole point of going with Keith's current offering is that it's completely bolt on since the average person can install it themselves.

Not really understanding what you are having him make for you. Definitely post some pictures when you get it. But Keith is great to talk with and doesn't seem to take things personally, and is willing to have an open discussion.

You can purchase just his muffler but it is not just a bolt on accessory unless he were to fabricate a y pipe. Basically by doing this you can keep the bulk of your stock exhaust due to the y pipe. You have two pipes coming into the muffler with one pipe coming out for your tailpipe. He is now going to offer the y pipe along with the muffler for those who do not want to purchase the entire exhaust system. I will post pictures once it arrives and that should be today.

@Redseal199 I’m definitely not upset. I appreciate the help in letting everyone know about this !! Matter of fact, I forgot to make the ‘prpdoct’ on my website!! So, not I have to do it:) Haha!!

With the way the world is right now; this new product brings us back to our roots. I started out making JUST a muffler. Then, over the years it evolved into literally hundreds of bolt on options.

This weld on option is the least expensive CORRECT way to put an exhaust system on your truck. It is bare bones, but has all the necessary components to gain the same power as any of our popular bolt on options.

as of now, call for details. I’ll post a link to the product on this thread when it’s up on our site!!

The inlet of the y pipe is the correct size to slip over where you’ll cut in front of the muffler. They’re also spread apart perfectly to match. The outlet is perfectly sized to slip on your stock rear flange.

when it’s all installed and welded by a professional exhaust shop it’ll bolt onto any tundra of a similar year.

Just need a little nail polish-sized bottle of BBQ paint to finish ‘er out!

I already have a DD full system, but think this is a fantastic idea for a budget friendly system. Especially if you can weld it yourself. Should save a pile of money.

Curious how the sound of a single BAMuffler compares to the typical dual muffler options.

Keith made me a 16" with the y pipe a couple years ago, just recently took it off due to it waking our infant up early in the mornings headed to work. Got it sitting up in the attic now until I can put it back on.

Ahh. I wonder how a single 16” compares to a pair of 8” ones. I’ve got the 10” model, which is relatively quiet till you get after it.

Splitting up the mufflers gets rid of some of the drone. Allows me to make it more aggressive yet still not drone.
