Replacement engine for 2022 Tundra failed

Hello,
I just got my replacement engine for my 2022 Tundra at 75,000 miles without issue except for a rough idle. The replacement engine lasted less than 100 miles and failed to advance while my wife was on the upgrade side of an overpass. Towed to the shop and awaiting news. I did call Toyota HQ and said I wanted a replacement truck instead of a repurchase due to my vehicle being paid off and my horrible credit score doesn’t particularly garner any loans What’s your replacement engine story? What can I do to remedy this besides the actions I’ve already taken?
