I did this one. the lockable one requires you to remove your seats and install new brackets in the floor. I wish I did the lockable one.

On second look, that one probably installs similar to mine. They made one that had a longer compartment. That one needs the brackets removed.

I installed the lockable one. The install is involved, but not hard. Turned out factory. Highly recommend

I just ordered the long lockable box from https://www.esptruck.com with their current sale.

looking at getting weather mats that work with the long box but haven’t figured anything out yet

I saw some a few people using that one with the 3 section lock box and cutting it but haven’t seen anyone do it with the long one

That's the one that I have. Three locking doors. After you cut the foam and such, get a second person to assist with maneuvering the seats to get them lined up with the box. It's a PITA trying to do it yourself.

    None at this point.
I made one for the "so called" back seat for my Tacoma.
It held my High lift jack and all my other recovery gear.

I did this exact one. Install was very easy and took about 30 min. I wanted the lockable one with a little kid on the way for safety and the lid is nice since it keeps dog hair and dust/dirt out of the compartment.

Looks like some pretty cool set ups from the few threads I've seen about it.
But I don't know if I could squeeze it in before all the other projects I have on procrastination.
