dead sexy. 5160’s out back? Front doesn’t look lifted.

Nailed it, 5160s in the rear and 6112s in the front. Got about 1-1.5" out of each so no change in the balance.

The 5160’s provide no lift out back, add a leaf? Or new leaf pack? Setup looks great.

One new leaf and removed the overload leaf! I'll probably add the overload again to handle the road trip setup. Thanks!

Thanks! I love it. We've camped in freezing temps with just a two-person sleeping bag on an insulated mat, and woke up to take layers off!

Stick around and share these adventures, and your build. Love to hear more about it. I’m partial to ACs with camper shells though….

Both takeoffs from other rigs. The wheels came off a 2004 Chevy 4wd. Bought them in 2006 or so for $250 for the whole set from an off road shop in Modesto, CA called “All jacked up”. Should have heeded the warning. Had them powdercoated black and it all started chipping off. Turns out the shop was being cheap and didn’t sand blast them. They incorrectly installed a spacer lift on the truck too. Baffoons Then they went out of business and I had to fix it all myself. made the Powdercoating place redo them because I told them they knew better and the owner agreed. Lived in an apartment at the time, so didn’t have any shop room. The topper I bought off marketplace for $400 this year. Got lucky and found one color matched.

I had to change my vote as of November 29th. Please don't mind dusty cluster, it's been accumulating for 20 years and 300K miles.

If I DD my truck and use it to run all family errands I can hit 300k in the next 2-3 years.

Wow, really impressed and encouraged by the mileage on some of these Trucks. I have had mine less than a year but it seems like a really solid and capable truck. I have an 05 4WD that just rolled over 85K. I will be doing my third oil change before my next road trip.

I'm excited to see all this. My 3.4 Tacoma has 330,000 miles. Bought it in 2015 with 189,000. I drive too much...working on that. Just bought an 02 Tundra V8 with 225,000. From the sounds of it, these 4.7s are even longer-lasting than the 3.4. That's exciting. I hope to easily reach over 300,000, but hopefully not for a long time.

If I reduce my yearly average miles from the Tacoma even a little, this Tundra should last me a decade before hitting the point where I don't trust it as a road trip vehicle anymore.

Looks like mine hasn’t even been broken in yet. They say that your Toyota is still in its “break in period” if it’s under 250k….Im sitting right at 240k as of now.
