This will be my first time removing a leer hard shell off my Toyota tundra. I bought it with the cover on and everything being wired and properly installed. Is unplugging the wiring from the bed of the truck and the hard shell going to be an issue when I remove the hard shell completely?upload_2025-4-26_22-14-14.png

Welcome.....might help knowing what year Tundra and what type topper.
My ARE topper install has 2 connectors to undo on driver side in the truck bed.

Once that harness is unhooked at what appears to be the control box, definitely tape up the connectors at end of harness or attempt to remove the whole harness that goes thru bed shell.
