Email notification problem

This started about a month or so ago. I am subscribed to a couple of threads and I have the email notification button checked but after maybe 5 or 6 days I stop getting the notifications. When I check everything is still set correctly but no emails. If I unsub then resub and recheck the email notification button it will again work but only for a few days then the emails will stop again. What's going on? Software change/upgrade?

By the way, you might want to change the copyright date.
