    Hello,

new to this forum and Tundra’s in general so bare with my lack of understanding on the topic.

I recently upgraded my 2018 Limited’s head unit to the Sony Xav-9500es. I purchased the plug and play option from Trail Grid Pro, so I didn’t do any of the actually wiring to the module and simply followed the install instructions. The unit itself works great, but am thinking that it is missing certain functionality. For example, several gauges on my head units display are greyed out and unable to be read. Additionally, the Park Assist is not detected although I do have it, and my climate controls do not appear as an option.

    I’ve reset my Maestro settings.
I’ve checked my ODB2 settings, and tested its connection to the port near the pedals. Ive asked other Tundra drivers with this same head unit and they have all gauges functioning.

I know this could be a number of issues from fuses, to wiring, to the module needing to be reset. I was curious if any other users had experience with this before to help save a novice some time in my diagnostics. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Thanks!
