New headunit only tweeters work.

I installed a Cartrimhome C12 head unit in my 2021 Toyota Tundra SR5. I have an amplified system without JBL, but I’m having an issue. The head unit seems to get all information from the truck, but I only get audio from the tweeters and no door speakers.


Customer service thinks the aftermarket amp and wiring are the issue, but my local shop that installed it says the installed amp only powers the sub no other speakers.


Interestingly, my Sony 9500 head unit, purchased after the amp and sub, works flawlessly. It’s just this new head unit having this issue.


Cartrimhome sent me a wiring diagram (see photo), but I’m not good with electrical. Can someone here help me troubleshoot and get the speakers working?

What amps and speakers are being powered from where

 

Not sure if 2021’s are the same as 2019 but you have to bypass the factory amp. If you only have a mono amp that powers the sub, you will need to get a new wire harness to bypass the factory amp and new amp that will power your speakers

 

The headunit powers that dash speakers. The rest of them are powered off of the amp.
