Love my new truck but just noticed this the other day. They're LED's so not part of any recall I know of.
Not a "clear bra" for sure.
Any easy solution? Doesn't seem to affect the lighting at all. The trucks a 2019 but only 4500 miles.
    Kinda strange!

Started having the same issue. Got them wrapped in XPEL paint protection film with UV protector primarily to stop the peeling and keep them from getting cloudy from the sun. It's been a year and they still look great. You have to look real close to see the peel marks under the paint protection film.

I just sold a pair of OEM LEDs that were from factory install on my '18. They had slight discoloration and did appear to be peeling similar to OP's. I upgraded to the TRD Pro's and now I'm looking for something to keep that from happening in these. My truck is garaged and out of the sun so that's a plus but I still want to apply some sort of UV protection.

Kinda what I'm thinking as well. y truck is a 2019 with super low miles, but it is 6 years old. I bought it recently as a CPO but I can't imagine Toyota replacing them.

Did you apply the PPF yourself or have it done by an installer?

Mileage is arbitrary. 6 years of sun exposure with some type of uv protectant will do this. Just get some compound, clean it up, then put a quality coating on them.

A nearby XPEL installer here in Massachusetts did both the headlights and fog lights for a total of $120. They used a machine to laser cut the PPF from a pattern specifically designed for the Tundra. Just make sure to ask for the XPEL PPF with UV protection. https://www.xpel.com/installer-locator

This is the first I am seeing this. I've got a 2018 with over 100k, and I don't see this happening yet. I'm in Oregon... climate related?

My 18 started doing this, it’s garaged 90% of the time.

Mine is relegated to the driveway, but we only get about 4.5 months of "summer". The UV must go nuts on the headlight lenses.

I thought I caused mine by getting bug remover on the plastic lens……didn’t read the warnings about keep off plastic but who knows. Mine is outside in the Ga heat/sun. I have an Avalon that’s 10 years old and the lights still look new other than feeling like sandpaper from the highway

IMG_0113.jpg I haven't seen peeling or delaminating on my headlights, but I do have sort of a hazy fog starting on the tops of them. Very strange anyone else seeing this?

I don't go in car washes, and I only do very low impact hand washing, so I don't know what is causing this, unless it's UV/sun.

Mine is doing the same thing, Its just the sun. May be able to sand and reseal the lenses.

Mine is doing the same thing. Was maybe thinking of getting my truck ceramic coated. I’d rather spend that $ on wheels. Maybe I’ll look into the coating.
