Driver Recline Not Working

    2011 Toyota tundra
    I am having issues getting the recline on the driver seat to work. It is not responding and is stuck in the laid back position. The slide forward and back is working as is the up and down. I have checked wires under the seat and they appear to be intact. How would I fix this?
