I have a 2003 AC v6 rwd, I have seroius spring colsion issues. Currently on 2 inch spacers (I know bad decision) and on 33 inch tires.

    I am looking at
    Bilstein 5100/OME
JBA STD HC Upper Control Arms

Would these fix the problem or am I missing something?

This image is at full extension, but have loud clanks going over anything ex. speed bump

Tell us more about your lift.

Are you running strut spacers with lifted struts? (i.e. do you know if the struts/springs are providing lift?)
Did you install extended swaybar links with this lift?
Do you know how lifted you are currently?
Tell us about your lower ball joints, are they OEM or aftermarket, last time changed?
Tell us about your steering rack bushings.

    Spacer with oem struts.
    No sway bar extensions.
2inch lift front and rear on 33inch tires.
OEM lower ball haven’t been changed since I owned the truck.
Also haven’t touched steering rack or bushings.

The spacer lift is contributing to proximity. This covers the ins-and-outs of why spacer lifts are bad, in very clear, easy to understand terms, and will explain what's happening in your pic above. Front spacers start at 8m22s which I'll set the video to auto-jump to. If you want to see why rear blocks suck, jump back to 5m30s. Rear blocks are generally bad, often lending to axle wrap.

Oh, and given you're 2WD, and AC, you'll get roughly the same lift as that spacer on the 5100s with 2884 springs, which will roughly level you in front.

The JBA UCA are a great choice in general, and may potentially help with stuffing your 33s and alignment at 2" lift or more. SPC (which is cheaper if you buy it with Eibach branding) will give you more manipulation for wheel/tire choices, but it seems most alignment or wheel/tire shops have no frigging clue how to adjust them, and the JBA are more user friendly. Avoid the cheap mass-produced stuff you can buy on scAmazon and similar outlets. KSP, Skuch, Freedom, etc.

If you can ditch the rear blocks for either add-a-leaf or HD springs, you'd be in a better situation.
