Hi, new member; 2007 tundra crewmax limited 5.7 v8. Horn stopped working suddenly, replaced clock spring, didn't fix. I checked horns, fuse and relay, all good. Took to my mechanic to diagnose; after pulling horn/air pad (451300c080c0) and fiddling with and cleaning the contacts he was able to get it to work intermittently. After putting pad back in place it still worked IF you pulled up slightly on bottom then pushed on horn. I saw this in person. He advised to located new horn contacts. Once home, I tried it again and nothing. I haven't been able to locate just the contacts, only the whole assembly at a steep cost. I verified with Toyota dealership that it's sold as a unit who recommended finding used and pulling contacts. I pulled assembly off myself to get pictures and to check contacts again; I can't see any issues. Nothing broke, contacts seem to engage and compress properly BUT somehow it did work when mechanic messed with it. Any assistance, suggestions appreciated 20250424_111528.jpg 20250424_103146.jpg Screenshot_20250411_165508_Chrome.jpg
