Looking for some feedback, has anyone replaced a door hinge pin/bushings?

Seems like the bushings in my upper passenger door hinge are shot. Originally I thought it was the door check which I replaced but then it developed play and realized it was the hinge bushings killing the check (Dammit)

I'm thinking of just buying an aftermarket pin and bushings seeings as the OE isn't service (also painted w/sealant) and requires grinding the pin head off. I try to avoid getting into the habit of just throwing parts away if I can fix them but there isn't much in the way of how successful this fix is long term?

    Cheers

    What is the actual issue?

    Door not closing? Sagging door?

    Accident on that side?

It has a little play at the upper hinge only and you can see the bushing trying to leave the pin ever so slightly, with that there is no issues closing it, its quite the opposite

The door feel floppy with no resistance unlike a normal vehicle door. This is also magnified because I have sounds proof'd with a few layers so the doors are pretty weighed and it slams pretty hard. I'm guessing the bushing adds some resistance?

As for accident, I purchased the truck this way and there were no reported accidents. It was this way when I purchased it, I replaced the door check because it was noisy and then it happened again but I don't have a passenger all that often so it's taken a year or so to develop again
