Mine started doing that after I had the dealer remove the previous user l. Had it do this for about a couple if month and just noticed it come back. I got so use to clicking no and never paid mine when it went away. Now it's back!!!!!!

It has to do with linking your fob to your profile in the settings on the infotainment. I can recall the exact steps, but it will resolve it. I’m sure someone here will enlighten you regarding the exact procedure.

So there's 3 solutions to this problem?
    1. My seats were not initialized when I got my truck. Once they were initialized, I still got the adjust seats message.
    2. Both memory buttons were programmed, still got the message.
    3. Made sure key FOBs were both initialized, which they were, still get the message.
I will say though, that over time, the frequency of the message has dropped way off. Only get it once every couple of months or so. Riddle me that batman.......

I get that message if I use my spare fob.

Re-linking my FOBs to my Profile, then re-setting the memory on both buttons got rid of the adjust seat message for me.

    Same here.
I assume that one is not initialized / linked to a profile.

What procedure did you use? I've tried two different ones, and neither worked?

Move the seat all the way back then all the way forward. Then all the way up and down. Then recline all the way back and forward. For me, this resolved the issue of the memory buttons not working.
