Tonya the Tundra Build

Hey All, I’m new to the Tundra Forum but not to the vehicle specific forums. I used to have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe and loved documenting my upgrades and ideas on the Tahoe forum. So here I am about to start a new build thread since my 2006 Tahoe was totaled.

After I totaled my Tahoe, I had the luxury of not need to replace it immediately. I knew I wanted to switch to a truck and settled on a Tundra. Specifically, I wanted a Tundra from 2015-2017. Didn’t want too much technology and still wanted the tried and true V8.

After a couple of attempts, I found my truck! A 2017 Cement Grey TRD Pro with only 57000 miles. I bought the truck October of 2023.

I have only recently started my build and haven’t done too much but there is plenty of thoughts of what I want to do. Without further ado here she is!!

 

Here is the list of mods completed and future mod ideas. Links to any parts/build items will be on the post. Page number of the mod will be next to it (will help once the list gets longer).

Mods completed:

-Cam Locker Tool Box (Page 1)
-285/70/18 Ridge Grapplers (Page 1)
-Weather-tech Heavy Duty Floor Mats
-Tool Box Loadout

 

Decided to go with a toolbox for extra storage. Cam locker was the east choice. Rails on top have already come in handy. Got the matte black standard depth to stay with the grey/black combo

When you bought it did it have the grill trim in cement or was it chrome? Looking to replace my chrome...
