    None….so far
I don’t, normally if you feel the headrest, the back is often softer and the front is. It’s because the front is designed to deal with hair and the increased level of oil, the rear is not and will wear out quicker. Additional the front is designed at an angle so if your in a crash it minimizes neck injury. So while on my Subaru (they were the worst at this) the head rest was far more comfortable turned around, it would wear out quicker and be worse in a crash.

I use it when I need to take a nap. Turn on cruise control and LKA, and I am good to go.
