I have a gas dripping leak at top of tank. 2001 Toyota Tundra. Still runs great. It leaks only when truck is running. im suspecting return fuel line but dont know how to access it. do i really need to drop the tank and if so, how? ugh. Thanks

There should be two straps holding it in. Outside of that, it will be bound by the filler neck somehow. I haven't had to do it, plenty here have. Hopefully they'll chime in.

FYI: These trucks have issues with rodents nesting on top of the gas tank, and nesting up under the intake manifold. In both cases, they like to chew stuff up.
