Loud high pitch sound

    2003 tundra limited
    Hey guys, I have a 03 tundra limited that has a really loud high pitch sound every 2-3days coming from the fuses box next to the battery I took every relays and fuses out 1by1 with no result except for the 140a alternator fuses because it's a pain in the ass to get to. New alternator and battery. Any ideas?
