I think I broke my seat

I tend to keep the front edge of the drivers seat in my 2016 (1794 edition) tilted as high up as it will go to provide thigh support. I installed a new radio in the truck Saturday, and without thinking, I slid forward and basically sat on the front edge of the seat while working on the radio. I felt the front slide down but didn't think much of it.. Now when I raise it up, it slowly drops back down, rinse and repeat. I can raise the seat height up/down and font/back without issue, it's only the front edge tilt that won't hold its position now - with or without the extension extended.

Any hope this is an easy fix? I am still fighting issues with my thighs wanting to cramp regardless, and losing this tilt makes it worse.
