This is a minor detail but since I had to wander down to the local Ace Hardware , I am posting this for future reference.
I removed my lower door trim in order to get under the carpet to route my back up camera wiring. The screws were a corroded mess and I had them soaking in a little wd40 in a Ziploc bag in my footwell before I planned to reinstall. Well, it looked like garbage so this baggy got tossed along with a bunch of wrappers.
The replacements fit well without any binding.

Ace Hardware is amazing for fasteners.
