I bought a Tundra with a 10.5 differential, a single cab, my dad modified a 1985 Hilux for off road and it weighs almost 4200 pounds, could I make an iron bed and mount the Hilux without breaking the differential? I know that the manufacturers decide to put the maximum weight so that we don't break the differential, but even wanting to ignore this, could I move it without so many problems, obviously without driving like crazy on the road with the Hilux on top?thanks for read

The tires/wheels, axle, frame, suspension cannot handle the weight of what you are wanting to do.

My 1 ton cannot either to put that in perspective.

A trailer is your best bet to move the Hilux.

Get a trailer with fold down or sliding ramps, dovetail trailers can be bad news in some low clearance situations such as going up a steep hill where it might drag, get stuck, and leave you unable to go in either direction. Seen that many times and it doesn't appear to look like much fun.
