I picked up a 2019 Crewmax SR5 with about 57,000 miles on it about 3 months ago. What maintenance should I do to make sure it’s caught up and good to go. I know it’s a subjective thing, but searching around gets me too many options. What’s a realistic maintenance schedule for these?

The obvious oil, filter and air filter, tranny drain and fill and probably differentials and transfer case oil change to start with.

I'd change every fluid (including the antifreeze), replace the belt, replace the plugs, replace the PVC valve, clean the throttle body, and then enjoy my truck.

Even though your miles are low - everything is 5-6 years old.
