Just got one replaced pn:23829-0s010 but my fuel trims still remain slightly high at idle only ranging between +10.2% to +14.8% on both banks. Oddly enough that’s the only hose that smoke seeped through during the last smoke test. There’s still one other hose that also connects from the vacuum switching valve assembly but this one goes to the hose leading to the fuel tank. I know the part number for that one is 23820-0s010 and a couple of dealers within the area hasn’t been able to source it. They don’t believe it’s discontinued to but hasn’t found it in stock. Since I replaced one of them I figured the other one should be as well to avoid the old and new being mixed up together. There’s no other vac leaks on the intake side as far as we know.
