Hidden Winch Mounting Plate Help

I am looking at adding a winch to my 2017. I want a hidden winch mount and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the ones on Ebay? The one I was looking at was eBay item number:256737737320

I see several sellers selling these and was wondering if anyone had any real-world experience with one or I should go a different route? Thanks in advance for the help!

 

Might be a price point too high for you if you’re looking at a winch mount on eBay, but I had this for a few years, loved it, built extremely well. Quality on a winch mount is a priority to me, since it’s tied to SAFETY.
