Big fat NOPE! Cameras worked fine after calibration. Hooked up trailer and “learned “ it. Straight back assist worked once. Drove around a bit, and straight back assist didn’t work and camera interface is lock up again.

This time Im going to be forceful in telling them the ECU for cameras needs to be replaced.

it’s frustrating when I explain to my “Service Advisor “ everything I know and have learned and he writes up “touch screen not working “

when he called me and said they found nothing wrong with the “touchscreen “ I almost blew my and explained it all to him again.
    Ugh!

    Anyone have an update?

it just rained for 3 days and my truck had the same issue. My trailer warning came up and won’t stop popping up on my dash and my cameras stopped working. Took it to the dealership and they’ve had it for 2 days with no fix. I use the truck for work and they didn’t have a loaner vehicle to give me.
    Is there a recall yet?

Just had mine looked at today. They couldn't calibrate it. Now toyota corporate has to look at it. I am 35,000 miles on my 24 platinum. Hope they don't try to screw me

I’m interested in what your outcome is riironman. I had the same issue and the dealership said the calibration was missing. They re-entered the calibration and the guidelines came back but now the cameras aren’t stitched together correctly in the panoramic view. IMG_0959.jpg IMG_0958.jpg

They were able to calibrate it and all fixed.
