I've had this for two months and this JBL audio is horrible. Went back and forth between a few diff brands. Ended up with this:
2-Morel Ultimo Powerslim 10" subs that will be installed behind the seat
Focal PS165F3E way components in the front
Focal PS165FE 2 way components for the back seats
Musway 8 channel amp for mids/highs
Musway mono 1000 for the two subs

Should have some pics to share when this is finished.

You're going to love the Focal speakers.
I have the Focal PS 165 FXE 2 ways in my front doors.
I put the crossovers in the doors, I should have mounted them inside the truck..:eek2:

I can't wait. In my 2021 Tundra, I had JL C3's so these should be an awesome upgrade! Got a smoking deal on everything. I should have this all done by the end of the month. Just waiting for parts to come in so I can drop it off for the install.

Probably felt sorry for you owning such an awesome truck with a phone as the speakers. Something happened to my sound. Even at volume 40 still sound low. Just found out it sounds better with the SURROUND SOUND option off.

Posted this also on reddit but wanted to share here as well.
Warning. A bit long winded. Update: Dropped off car 3/25/25. Not too pleased right now. I was originally going to go to a guy that I went to for many years for a decent setup. Went to another reputable shop and was given the great deal that I mentioned in my op. I was told my car was going to be completed that following Saturday and received a text they need a few more days so I was okay with that. They were having trouble building a box behind the seat so I agreed to let them build something for under the seat even though I specifically mentioned I wanted it behind the seat which was what my original installer was going to do (who I've been to a few times)
I went to pick it up 4/3 and it was supposed to be done. The box was completed but the seat did not fold all the way down because of the speaker grill. They said they could build something so when it came down it would look flush but the seat still does not come down like it should. I told them this was unacceptable. Spoke to the sales person (nice guy btw) and voiced my displeasure.
Long story short, they are going to order a Fox pre made box (which should have been done in the first place). instead to go behind the seat. I get home and noticed a loose screw where one of the amps were. Again, unacceptable.
I let sales person know the original place I was going too definitely would have not experienced this but wanted to give these guys a chance since the store has a good reputation. I did let them know I can't keep going back and forth wasting money on ubers so he agreed to pay for them. I'm going to let them finish the job but was really tempted to just say forget it, refund some of the labor money and I would take it back to my original person.

System quote from original place that I mentioned I have been to several times:
    Rockford R2-750X1
    Rockford R2-500X4
    Focal Performance 165AS3
    Focal Performance 165AS
    Pac Audio Rockford DSR1
    Box
    Image Dynamic Sub
    Stinger
    RStinger
    Total $5400.

Actual stuff I'm getting that I posted I'm paying $6400 but way better components. Hoping this is all worth it. Went from being excited to a bit irritated. Usually, I go to shop to discuss and pay, drop off car, pickup car. never have to go back unless I want something new. This one, pay, drop off, pick up (not complete), have to drop off again and hopefully that's it.

Added pics. I think I'm going to build a rack for the amps tho. These amps look too nice to keep under the seat. lol.
